I'm Lorenzo Narvaez Jr.  I have been working in the IT industry for over 20 years with areas of experience in Desktop Support, Network Support, Project Specialist, Workflow Process Improvement, Reporting, Data Analysis and Presentations, all with an emphasis on providing the best customer service experience as possible to internal and external customers.

Along with my IT skills, I enjoy playing music.  I believe being a musician is a skill that easily transcends to the business world as it provides a unique perspective in working with team members by listening to each other, working within fundaments and improvising as the need arises to achieve successful performances.
